Available Powder Coating Products
Epoxy
– Best suited for interior applications excellent choice where mechanical and chemical resistance is required
Urethane- Best suited for interior and exterior applications. Not suitable for high film buildup. Excellent choice for light fixtures, auto trim and furniture.
TGIC Polyester - Best suited for interior and exterior applications. Formulated to meet the requirements of the AAMA 2603 specification. Excellent choice where gloss, chemical resistance, wide color range (custom colors are available), and weatherablity are a concern. Typical uses include aluminum extrusions, playground equipment, machinery, and agriculture equipment. FDA approved powders are also available in this range.
Super Durable TGIC Polyester – Formulated to meet the requirements of the AAMA 2604 specification. Products in this series are offered in a wide range of colors (custom colors are available), and offer enhanced weatherability. Products in this series have a slightly reduced gloss range. Proper chemical pretreatment including non-chrome sealer is critical for product performance.
Highest Exterior Performance Organic Systems - Formulated to meet the requirements of the AAMA 2605 specification. Products in this series have a slightly reduced gloss range and have a more limited stock color range (custom colors are available). Proper chemical pretreatment including non-chrome sealer is critical for product performance (Sandblasting may not be used). A technical representative of each powder manufacturer must audit each application system to insure products will meet 2605 specification. Applicator must be certified to purchase and apply this powder.
